Creamy_Chicken_and_Mushroom_Soup-t As winter stalks autumn (it was very misty and cool in the middle of last week, with a heat wave following that) – it strikes me that the time of soups is once more drawing nigh.  Chatting to a dear friend earlier the week, I asked her what was her favourite soup. “Creamy chicken and mushroom,” she responded without hesitation.  Now chicken soup I’ve done before; in fact it was the very first recipe which I ever wrote for Bolander.
